Florida State Parks Annual Pass

This is the perfect gift for a Florida State Parks lover. For only $120 for a full year, they can visit the majority of state parks completely free with up to 8 people. It’s a win-win because you can go with them too!

Groupon Experience/Gift Card

One of my go-to gifts is a Groupon experience. There are so many options available, and you can find some really great deals! Here are some of my picks, but you can search by city or by activity for your favorites:

Local Coffee Flight

For the coffee lover in your life, consider getting them a couple bags of locally-roasted coffee in fun flavors instead of another mug. It’s like a fun DIY coffee flight. Some of our favorites are Manatee Coffee, Sweetwater Organic Coffee, and Buddy Brew Coffee.

Local Beer/Wine/Spirits Flight

For something a little stronger, you can also put together a gift basket of locally-made beer, wine, or spirits for a fun flight. Many local breweries/wineries/distilleries sell their own drinks bottled, and some are also available online. You could also check local liquor stores for a one-stop-shop.

AirBnB Gift Card

It’s always a good idea to gift a staycation! A gift card is the perfect option for friends or relatives, so they can choose their own dates. But you can pick a couple unique stays to recommend to them that you think they’d love! We recently stayed in a cabin on the Santa Fe River and it was lovely!

Hop Passport

I’ve gifted a Hop Passport to the beer lovers in my life for the last 3 years and they love it. There are dozens of Florida (other states are available too) breweries in the passport, where you go and get a stamp and get BOGO or 1/2 off two beers. It’s fun to see how many stamps you can collect and you can patronize local breweries at the same time.

Splurges

Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard

This is the paddleboard I just bought from Amazon and it has been great so far. Sturdy, portable, and has all the features I wanted for the price I wanted. If you’re looking for a higher-end paddleboard, check out the very popular iRockers. I seriously can’t believe I waited so long to get an iSUP. It has been so much fun taking it around to different springs and rivers without having to pay rental fees!

Merrell Waterproof Hiking Shoe

There is some debate in the Florida hiking community about waterproof hiking shoes. I personally have these waterproof Merrells and love them. I wouldn’t recommend for trails that are underwater (above the top of the shoe), but for a casual muddy hike, these are perfect and have saved my feet from getting soggy many times.

Seavenger Snorkel Set

This one’s barely a splurge at just over $40. If you know a spring lover, I’m sure they’d love a snorkel set. Having my very own to take with me was a game changer for my springs trips. It’s like a whole other world under the water!

What’s on your holiday wish list this year?
